Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting on behalf of our leading law firm client for a Lateral Recruitment Manager to join their London office on a 3-6 month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally renowned firm in a key recruitment role, supporting the hiring of Associates and Special Counsel in London.
The Lateral Recruitment Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for lateral legal hires across the London office. You will be part of a collaborative HR team alongside a Recruitment & Inclusion Advisor and work cross-functionally with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of lateral Associate and Special Counsel recruitment in the London office.Partner with Practice Group Heads to define hiring needs and obtain approvals from the New York office.Build and maintain strong agency relationships and ensure T&Cs are in place before engagement.Use the All Hires portal to track and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Coordinate and support the interview process, from scheduling to feedback collection and candidate progression.Draft offer letters and contracts, and ensure full compliance with UK immigration regulations.Provide support across Business Services and Graduate recruitment when required.
Requirements:
5-7 years' recruitment experience within a global law firm is essential.Strong understanding of the legal recruitment market and current hiring trends.Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and high candidate volumes.
