Job Description:

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Late Housekeeping Assistant with a passion for service excellence.

You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

A Late Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed at all times
• Demonstrating the ability to proactively prioritize departmental needs and effectively manage resources and time
• Being aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
• Demonstrating personal ownership of tasks and following through to achieve optimum results
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects when required
• Performing turndown duties when required
• Working as part of a team and communicating with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent service quality
