40 hours a week on a 4 day week with overtime regularly available: Core hours are 7.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday

Our client has a full order book and a good local reputation with the staff, with a particularly low staff turnover and long-term employees.

As a company, they manufacture complicated specialist bespoke products in sheet metal and have established a returning client base who trust them. They are seeking to further expand their experienced team with a Laser Programmer.

The role is to fundamentally operate, nest/program the laser machine throughout each day while supporting on any other surrounding duties as necessary within a busy engineering company.

Essential Criteria for this Laser Programmer vacancy:

1. The firm is looking for someone with around 2+ years' experience in a similar role as a minimum.
2. The role is using Sigmanest; therefore, experience within this package would be preferred, but other similar packages will be considered.
3. The successful person will need to have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and an aptitude for working in a busy engineering environment/team in an organized manner.
