Responsibilities

• Reading engineering drawings and creating profile drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
• Preparing cost plans from drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Obtaining and analysing supplier quotations.
• Producing take-offs and detailed pricing schedules.
• Working closely with design, commercial and operational teams.
• Supporting value engineering exercises and alternative design solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of estimates, quotations and communication.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
