With a large recruitment drive, one of the West Midland’s leading large format suppliers is taking on new staff to expand its team. New machinery is also being brought in, and a new website is currently in creation, as part of these expansion and growth plans. This is a fantastic opportunity for a print estimator to work with big-name brands and some of the country’s most influential creative agencies.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for preparing estimates on a variety of work that is both routine and unique, requiring the comparison of multiple options to build an estimate.
• You will receive specifications from customer service and sales, ensure information needed to build an estimate has been provided and clarify any missing/incomplete information.
• Your role will be to use MIS system to generate pricing scenarios that best fit the customers’ needs and offer the best price option.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Estimating experience within the large format/POS/exhibition sector.
• Good knowledge of production procedures.
• Strong organisational skills, at a level to accomplish work by established deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate phases of work to others.
