1. Responding promptly to inbound customer requests for large graphics, signage, and installation projects, mainly from print management companies.
2. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and providing expert advice.
3. Creating accurate quotes with competitive margins.
4. Following up on quotes to gather feedback and report to the sales team.
5. Booking jobs into production with attention to detail.

Experience in the large format print sector and dealing with print management companies are advantageous but not essential. The key qualities are professionalism and a commitment to excellent customer service.
