Job Description:

PeopleCert, on behalf of LanguageCert, is seeking Quality Auditors (QAs) on a project basis to ensure that approved centres comply with LanguageCert and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting external quality assurance audits to assess a centre’s infrastructure, systems, and internal quality assurance arrangements. The QA will verify that processes and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with LanguageCert’s standards.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform centre audit/monitoring activities to ensure compliance with LanguageCert’s approval criteria and policies.
  • Provide centres with advice, support, and guidance on internal quality arrangements and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct announced and unannounced visits to monitor examination conduct and integrity.
  • Verify compliance of examination venues according to LanguageCert’s specifications.
  • Complete and submit audit reports within 5 business days.
  • Inform centres of non-compliance and necessary actions.
  • Follow up on non-compliance issues to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend sanctions to the Quality Officer.
  • Investigate alleged malpractice or maladministration as assigned.
  • Implement LanguageCert’s systems, policies, and procedures for compliance.
  • Attend training and standardisation events as needed.
  • Declare conflicts of interest and report them.
  • Act professionally and courteously, representing LanguageCert positively.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Exceptional command of English (native-like or C2 level preferred).
  • Experience in quality assurance within training/examination contexts.
