Newstaff Education is currently recruiting passionate and adaptable MFL Cover Teachers to support a range of secondary schools across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc days—we have a variety of opportunities to suit your availability.

We’re looking for teachers who can:

Deliver engaging French, Spanish, or German lessons across Key Stages 3–5.

Confidently manage classroom behaviour and follow school policies.

Adapt quickly to new school environments and build rapport with students.

Provide continuity in learning during staff absences.

What you’ll need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas teaching qualification.

Strong subject knowledge in at least one MFL subject (French, Spanish, German).

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach to cover teaching.
