Job description

Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded, needing to learn a language at their office or home for work, family, or travel reasons. Founded in 2004, the company’s motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere!

We are currently looking for a Japanese language teacher for two of our clients in Cardiff.

Some details about the course:

1. This couple would like to have general, two-to-one, Japanese language lessons.

2. Course length: 30 hours (15 x 2-hour sessions).

3. Location: at the teacher's (your) office/home or a public location in Cardiff.

4. Students' current Japanese level is Beginner. They are native English speakers.

5. Classes should ideally be held on Tuesdays at 6 pm.

6. They would like to start as soon as possible.

Ideal teacher should:

1. Be a native Japanese speaker OR hold a teaching degree

2. Have experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter

3. Have a valid working visa

4. Live within 30 miles of the client's location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position, and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
