We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Technician Charge Hand to join our Grounds Maintenance team based in the North West. The Grounds Maintenance team is responsible for completing ground maintenance tasks over various sites across the area. This role will sit within the Estates team consisting of Landscape Techs, Cleaning Techs and Caretakers. Daily tasks will include completion of risk assessments, van checks, upkeep of equipment in line with safe working practice, litter picking, shrub pruning, grass and hedge cutting, weed spraying, removal of fly tipping and bin store clearances. If you have experience in a gardening role, using gardening equipment and machinery then this could be the role for you.You will be in a team of two per van but occasionally lone working will be required.
