The Job:
Our client is seeking an experienced Landscape Site Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality landscaping projects across South Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. This role is perfect for an individual with substantial experience in landscape site management who is eager to take ownership of prestigious projects within a growing company.

The Candidate:

1. Proven experience in landscape site management
2. Strong team leadership and organisational skills
3. Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and have a solid understanding of health & safety regulations within the industry
4. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset are essential for liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders

The Package:

1. Salary up to £45,000 DOE
2. Working Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday (7:30 am – 4:30 pm)
