Qualifications

• Extensive experience in landscape planning, LVIA/TVIA
• Strong understanding of UK planning policy and EIA
• Experience with large-scale residential and strategic masterplanning projects
• Proven track record managing budgets and client relationships
• Ability to lead a growing team and mentor junior staff

Responsibilities

• Lead LVIA/TVIA preparation and review
• Provide strategic landscape planning advice for major developments
• Oversee landscape capacity studies and Green Belt reviews
• Support Environmental Impact Assessments and planning processes
• Manage key client relationships and secure new projects
• Prepare fee proposals and oversee project delivery
• Mentor junior staff and guide career development
