About the Role:
The Landscape Manager will be responsible for overseeing project contracts, financials, and site management to ensure seamless delivery of high-end residential landscapes. Working closely with the established team, the successful candidate will play a key role in contract administration, cost monitoring, and health and safety compliance while maintaining the highest standards of construction methodology.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts, including contract monitoring and financial oversight.
  • Experience in managing variations, monthly applications, and project cost control.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including experience in preparing risk assessments and method statements.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies within the landscape industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects effectively.
