We're looking for a reliable, self-driven Landscape Foreman to join our team and lead field operations with professionalism, efficiency, and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial landscape installation projects
• Safely operate heavy equipment
• Drive a company truck from the shop to job sites each day
• Serve as the on-site contact for customers, handling immediate needs or questions professionally
• Coordinate with the landscape supervisor daily to plan and execute all required tasks
• Lead and supervise crews to ensure timelines are met while maintaining quality and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Alabama driver’s license
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Hands-on experience with landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery

Preferred Qualifications

• CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Associate degree or certificate in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
• OSHA Safety Training Certification
• Telehandler Certification
