Job description

You will be part of a team of 6 landscape gardeners responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all outdoor and indoor green spaces. Our team is divided into three sections to ensure continuity: lawns, outdoor plants/landscape, and indoor plants. You will contribute to each part of the team.

What you'll do

• Apply plant products to promote growth.
• Remove weeds and dead plants.
• Water plants not covered by irrigation systems.
• Repair and maintain irrigation systems.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
• Cut grass and pick litter.
• Clean hard landscaping areas.
• Uphold landscaping design and ensure healthy plant growth.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, and shrubs.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Follow the Sky landscape management plan.
• Perform any reasonable tasks set by management.
• Assist with site management and support other site teams as needed.
• Ensure a positive colleague experience at these locations.

What you'll bring

• Experience in landscape, indoor plant, and lawn maintenance.
• Driving license.
• Ability to operate landscape machinery such as mowers, hedge trimmers, grass trimmers, chainsaws, and water bowsers.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
