Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced landscape foreman, who has the ability and knowledge to run a 3/4 man squad. This is an on the tools position. Main duties involve organizing the team on a daily basis, laying turf, planting shrubs, preparing soil, seeding and planting trees on various sites in the central belt. Ability to manage site works, equipment and client relationships while ensuring high quality work is completed on time. Collecting all information and relaying it back to our Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a 3/4 person team on a daily basis.
• Lay turf, plant shrubs, prepare soil, seed and plant trees on various sites.
• Manage site works, equipment and client relationships to ensure high quality work is completed on time.
• Communicate information to the Contracts Manager.
• Coordinate travel from West Kilbride to sites and back (start 8:00am, finish around 5:00pm).

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence.
• CSCS Card.
• West Kilbride location with travel to sites and back as part of the role.
• Experience: preferred.
