A global consulting and engineering firm is looking for an experienced L&E Operative to join the Landscape and Ecology team. The role involves performing essential environmental and landscaping tasks on the M40 motorway, including grass cutting and tree felling. Candidates must have a Lantra certification (or willingness to obtain) and a full UK driving license. This position includes night shifts and operates within a commitment to safety and sustainability.

Egis Road Operations M40 Ltd are looking for an experienced operative to join our dedicated Landscape and Ecology team responsible for maintaining the 123km stretch of the M40 motorway. As an L&E Operative, you will carry out essential environmental and landscaping tasks to ensure the safety, sustainability, and visual quality of the motorway corridor.
This role includes night shifts and may involve additional duties for which you are suitably trained.
Working Hours & Compensation:
You will be required to complete and pass the Lantra hierarchy of courses to qualify for work on high-speed roads and to perform landscaping and ecology tasks to a high standard. Training will be provided as needed.
