Position:

• Landscape Construction Crew Member
• Landscaping General Labour

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with your Crew Leader to complete projects on time and on budget
• Install patios, retaining walls, gardens, pools, lighting, and more with a high level of precision and care
• Adapt plans in the field when needed to maintain quality and project integrity
• Operate tools and equipment, including mini-excavators, mini-skids, compactors, and saws
• Perform daily equipment checks and support a clean, safe job site
• Bring a great attitude, hustle, and attention to detail every day

What We’re Looking For

• Valid G2 or G driver’s licence + reliable transportation
• Clean driver’s abstract
• You’re punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
• You communicate well and thrive in a team setting
• You’re physically fit, enjoy outdoor work, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
• Bonus if you’ve worked in landscape construction or have any industry certifications (we also provide training!)
