As part of our ongoing growth in the market, we are seeking Landscape Architects to support and develop our landscape services at ERM. We’re looking for candidates ranging from Consultant to Principal Consultant level. In this role, you’ll assist and/or manage landscape inputs into various project types both within the UK and internationally, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team.
You will be best connected with your team if you are seeking a role in Manchester or Edinburgh; however, we also consider candidates for our offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, London, Harrogate, York, Norwich, Pembroke, Cardiff, Bristol, Oxford, and Southampton. We embrace hybrid working, with approximately eight days per month in the office.
We offer flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle—whether that means doing the school run, working from home part-time, or traveling. We also support contributions to non-profit organizations and social enterprises through the ERM Foundation.
Our benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a 6% pension contribution, twice-yearly promotions, annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance programs, volunteering opportunities, travel season ticket loans, premium Calm app accounts, Cycle2Work schemes, and discounts at various retailers and gyms. We foster a diverse and inclusive culture that values differences, with a strong career development framework and over 20 technical communities of global experts for career growth.
To succeed in these roles, you should be degree-qualified in Landscape Architecture and a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards this. For Senior Consultant and above, experience preparing LVIA reports is required; for Principal level, additional business development and line management experience is necessary. A full UK driving license is essential for all roles.
