Job Description:

The time is NOW.

As part of our ongoing growth in the market, we are seeking Landscape Architects to support and develop our landscape services here at ERM. We’re looking for candidates at Consultant up to Principal Consultant level. In this role, you’ll assist and/or manage landscape inputs into a wide range of project types both within the UK and abroad, working closely with our highly capable multidisciplinary team.

You will be best connected with your new team if you are seeking a role in Manchester or Edinburgh; however, we can also consider other office locations including Aberdeen, Glasgow, London, Harrogate, York, Norwich, Pembroke, Cardiff, Bristol, Oxford, and Southampton. We embrace hybrid working, with approximately eight days per month in the office.

We offer flexible working arrangements to suit your needs—whether it's managing school runs, working from home part of the week, or engaging in cross-border remote work. Additionally, you can contribute to non-profit organizations and social enterprises through the ERM Foundation, sharing our commitment to sustainability and equity.

Our benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a 6% pension contribution, twice-yearly promotion opportunities, annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance programs, volunteering opportunities, travel season ticket loans, premium Calm app subscriptions, Cycle2Work schemes, and discounts on gym memberships and retail gift cards. We foster a Safety First, diverse, and inclusive culture that values and celebrates differences. With a robust career framework and over 20 technical communities of global experts, there are ample opportunities for career advancement at ERM.

About you

To succeed in these roles, you should be degree qualified in Landscape Architecture and a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute, or working towards this. For Senior Consultant and above, experience in preparing LVIA reports is required. For Principal level, additional business development and line management experience are necessary. A full UK driving license is essential for all roles.
