We are working with a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy based in the heart of Cornwall. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Landscape Architect to bring their expertise and creativity to the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect to lead on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs) while shaping high-quality, design-led landscapes that enhance natural and built environments.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparation and delivery of LVIAs, landscape appraisals, and feasibility studies
  • Developing and implementing creative and sustainable landscape designs across a range of sectors
  • Collaborating with planners, ecologists, architects, and other specialists
  • Providing technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or on the Pathway
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape architecture, with a strong focus on LVIAs
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of UK planning policy and landscape legislation
  • Excellent design, analytical, and report-writing skills
  • A team player with strong communication and leadership abilities
