IN-HOUSE SENIOR ESTATES SURVEYOR

PRIVATE PROPERTY COMPANY
MANCHESTER, UK
£40,000 – £50,000 p.a. PLUS BENEFITS

The Company & Opportunity

A long-established and highly successful commercial real estate company is looking to recruit a Senior Estates Surveyor to join a busy in-house estates team, based out of Manchester.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-Day property & asset management of a mixed portfolio of real estate assets, throughout the UK.
  • Strong relationship with occupier clients and customers always.
  • Working alongside the accounts team on annual service charge budgets, reconciliations etc.
  • Overseeing ongoing maintenance and repair programmes
  • Seek and oversee cost saving opportunities
  • Traditional Property Management such as rent collections, management of service charge, and landlord / tenant relationship.
  • Regular property inspections
  • Management of a select number of building managers.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Commercial Property Management experience – essential.
