The Role.
The role will involve undertaking a wide range of commercial property consultancy work, which will include rent reviews, lease renewals, business rates and landlord and tenant issues across the commercial property portfolio.

Skills and Requirements.
We are looking for someone with a background in commercial property management with experience in dealing with commercial property rent reviews, lease renewals, will have RICS membership, and is highly self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team
Salary and Benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business, offering an attractive salary package of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, together with long term prospects and OTE of £50,000.
