• Willingness to train into teaching and develop classroom skills.
• Commitment to CPD and maintaining current standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment across Land and Wildlife / Greenspace.
• Plan schemes of work and lesson plans, using innovative assessment methods.
• Track learner progress, provide timely feedback, and support learner success.
• Contribute to quality assurance, standardisation and continuous improvement activities.
• Engage with stakeholders including employers, learners and parents, and support recruitment events.
