The Role
This dynamic position combines fieldwork with office-based data processing and analysis. It's ideal for a proactive surveyor who enjoys variety and is comfortable with UK-wide travel.
Key Duties Include:
  • Conduct detailed topographic surveys for civil infrastructure.
  • Perform setting out and Construction Quality Assurance (CQA)
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and site teams to meet technical specifications
Core Responsibilities
  • Collect and deliver accurate survey data using robotic total stations, GPS, and UAVs
  • Support earthworks design, cut/fill assessments, and volume calculations
  • Contribute to 3D modelling, structural monitoring, and site mapping
  • Assist with surveys for commercial land, quarry, and mineral sites
What We re Looking For
  • HND/HNC in Civil Engineering (further qualifications desirable)
  • Previous experience in civil engineering or housebuilding projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of LSS software is advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong communicator, capable of working independently and regionally
