Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment seeks an experienced Land Engineering Surveyor to join major projects along the M4 Corridor. You will support delivery within established site teams, using GPS and topographical techniques to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

The role requires hands-on surveying, data production for engineers, and a strong attention to detail. A full UK driving licence and CSCS card are essential for site access.

Qualifications

• Experience as Land Surveyor or Surveying Engineer.
• Good knowledge of surveying and monitoring.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS Card White, Gold or Black.

Responsibilities

• Survey the site using GPS and other equipment.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct Topographical Surveying.
• Carry out Earthwork studies/volumes.
• Perform Laser Scanning.
• Monitor site activities.
• Produce data for engineers.

Job description

A leading specialist surveying and engineering contractor are actively recruiting for Land Engineering Surveyors Surveyors to join their growing teams on major projects along the M4 Corridor.

They are seeking experienced Engineering Surveyors to work on a range of large-scale schemes, supporting the delivery of complex projects as part of established site teams.

As a Land/engineering surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Surveying the site using GPS, other equipment


• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy


• Ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet the specifications and quality standards.


• Topographical Surveying


• Earthwork Studies/Volumes


• Laser Scanning


• Monitoring


• Producing Data for Engineers

For this role you will be an experienced Land Surveyor or Surveying Engineer. A good knowledge of Surveying and monitoring and a strong attention to detail and accuracy

A full UK Driving Licence and a White, Gold or Black CSCS Card

You need good communication and interpersonal skills.
