Job Opportunity: Land & Rural Business Solicitor

Location:Glasgow

Overview:

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is expanding its Land and Rural Business Team and is seeking skilled Solicitors at Senior Solicitor and Associate levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of rural matters, including estate & farm sales, forestry transactions and advising on crofting & agricultural holdings legislation.

Experience:

  • Ideally, 2-6 years’ PQE in rural property or a related area – applications from other levels will be considered
  • Experience managing your own caseload of rural transactions including estates, farms and country properties
  • Familiarity with crofting law and agricultural holdings legislation is advantageous

Skills:

  • Confidence inindependently managing cases and collaborating on larger, complex transactions
  • Strong client relationship management and excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
