Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Basic salary up to £28,000 plus benefits, with a bonus OTE of £37,000.

You will be experienced in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment. Working as part of a team, you will ensure smooth workflow, exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Book customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with the workshop team to schedule workload.
  • Meet customers on arrival and provide seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
  • Update customers on vehicle progress, authorize additional work, and make follow-up calls.
  • Coordinate with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
About You
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.
  • Well-presented, with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally meeting targets related to customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer management systems is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience in motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not required; full training will be provided.
