Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Land Rover Dealership in Solihull.
There has never been a better time to join Land Rover, the leading automotive and modern luxury brand. With unprecedented demand for Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery vehicles, we are looking for someone who can provide the very best modern luxury experience for our discerning clients and enhance our already successful sales team.
Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £62,500 (based on the sale of 150 cars per year).
The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week, and Sundays on a 1 in 3 rota.
Role and Responsibilities
You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed our clients’ expectations through qualification and creating memorable first impressions and wow moments through personalisation and delight.
Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet inquiries.
Maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
Adhere to the company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

About you
This role may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
Ultimately, you should demonstrate an ability and track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
You should be able to quickly establish and build rapport with clients and provide an exceptional client experience.
Hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
