Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Land Rover Dealership in Solihull.

There has never been a better time to join Land Rover, the leading automotive and modern luxury brand. Due to unprecedented demand for Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery vehicles, we are seeking someone who can provide the very best modern luxury experience for our discerning clients and enhance our already successful sales team.

Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £62,500 (based on selling 150 cars per year).

The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week, and Sundays on a 1 in 3 rota.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed client expectations through qualification, creating impressive first impressions and personalized experiences.
  • Maximize opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet inquiries.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximize profit.
  • Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.
About You
  • Ideal candidates may have previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
  • You should demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Potential to build a successful career in the industry.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.
  • Experience in motor trade, automotive, or dealership environment is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
