Job summary

Ardent, the UK’s leading provider of land, consent management and stakeholder engagement services, seeks a Consultant to support and deliver land referencing outputs across the UK and Ireland. You will uphold the Quality Management System, collaborate with project teams and clients, and contribute to efficient project delivery with sound judgement and continuous learning.

You will craft accurate advice, manage small projects, and help deliver essential documents such as Book of Reference, maps

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical contributor in land referencing.
• Commitment to following the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ability to deliver accurate outputs for UK and Ireland projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and collaborate across departments on small projects and client updates.
• Conduct independent research and prepare clear advisory notes for internal review.
• Develop understanding of all services offered and network with stakeholders.
• Complete risk assessments for site visits and propose mitigations.
• Understand pricing factors and manage work to scope and quotes.
• Support Project Manager and deliver outputs like Book of Reference, plans, and maps.
• Lead project team sections and ensure processes align with QMS.
