Land & Property Surveyor needed in Nuneaton Paying £21.52 per hr ref 5272890

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Land and Property Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in managing, acquiring, and disposing of land and property assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the disposal of surplus land and buildings to maximise capital receipts.
  • Lead land acquisitions, including those under Compulsory Purchase powers.
  • Provide expert valuation and property management advice across departments.
  • Negotiate leases, licences, easements, and other property agreements.
  • Deliver accurate valuations, including Right to Buy assessments.
  • Support strategic asset management and regeneration initiatives.
  • Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, resolving issues around rent, leases, and arrears.
  • Oversee external contractors and surveyors, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to reports, training, and property-related decision-making.
