Join a leading company as a Land and Partnerships Manager within the South Midlands region. This role is crucial for acquiring land and ensuring the delivery of a strategic business plan. The successful candidate will develop partnerships and enhance team capabilities, while focusing on growth and operational excellence.
Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Partnerships Manager (or Senior Manager, depending on experience) to join us as a member of the team within our South Midlands region, based at the regional Head Office near Northampton.
The postholder will play a crucial role in supporting the team to acquire land in line with the region's five-year business plan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.
Reporting to the Land and Partnerships Director, they will proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities to facilitate regional growth.
They will identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, lead and supervise bid submissions, and negotiate legal agreements on projects, including pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
They will also contribute to developing team members by enabling and motivating them to reach their potential and support business growth.
