Land Manager – North West London – c£55,000 plus package plus bonus

Established PLC Housebuilder urgently requires a Land Buyer / Land Manager to join their busy team. With an excellent reputation for acquiring sites, the successful candidate will have front-line exposure to completing acquisitions for a housebuilder eager to buy and develop land. Site sizes will vary from 80 to 400 units, including a mix of smaller starter homes, detached properties, and flats. The primary locations for these acquisitions will be North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas.

This role is suitable for a Land Buyer / Land Manager with experience working for a larger developer or someone eager to work for one. The candidate should understand the process of land acquisition from initial identification, due diligence, appraisal, to formulating bids.
