Key responsibilities of a Land Manager
  • Forge and develop relationships with landowners, developers, and company branches in the area.
  • Win instructions for the disposal of development opportunities for landowners in both private and public sectors.
  • Secure new homes sales instructions from the developer industry on advantageous and profitable terms.
Skills and experience required
  • Proven track record in the acquisition and disposal of development land.
  • Experience in land and development appraisal and valuation.
  • Ability to build relationships and achieve sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
