Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Land Manager to join a rapidly expanding house builder covering the eastern region (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northampton, and Rutland).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site evaluations including planning, technical, and legal issues.
  2. Building strong relationships with existing clients and potential sources of business.
  3. Preparing fee proposals and assisting in marketing strategies.
  4. Providing professional advice on strategic land agreements.
  5. Obtaining and analyzing offers.
  6. Drafting heads of terms and liaising with solicitors to ensure timely sales completion.
  7. Negotiating with developers and landowners on options, covenants, and uplift clauses.

Key Experiences:
