Job description

An exceptional opportunity to join a leading house builder as a Land Buyer in the Norfolk region. Reporting to the Land Director, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land in Norfolk and North Suffolk.

You should be an experienced Land Buyer or Land Manager with a proven track record of purchasing sites in the Norfolk region.

The business is dynamic and entrepreneurial, offering a high level of autonomy to grow and develop the business unit. This role provides a real opportunity to advance your career to a managing director level at a fast pace.

Primarily, you must be a born deal maker with a history of completing 2-3 land deals annually.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, preferably in property or related fields
  • Proven deal maker with consistent land deals each year
  • Experience in sourcing and purchasing land
  • Current employment with a national residential developer, high-profile investor, or agency
  • Comprehensive understanding of planning applications and appeals process
  • Strong network within the land agency sector
  • Driven, ambitious, and hungry for success
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
