About the role:

• Site identification and land acquisition for barefield and greenfield renewable energy projects.
• Managing development projects, including permitting, stakeholder engagement, negotiations, planning, and contracts.
• Collaborating with the development and grid teams to ensure projects meet high standards.
• Hybrid working model / fully remote with site visits.

The ideal candidate looks like:

• Land Manager / Land Planner / Project Developer / Project Planner or similar roles.
• Experience in greenfield development.
• Background in renewable energy, utilities, volume housing, or real estate sectors.
