Salary of £26,650 with an additional £416 shift allowance per annum.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Land Freight Customs Coordinator to join our team at the Tilbrook site in Milton Keynes (MK7 8BN). This role follows a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with set hours of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Yusen Logistics' customs clients, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and with precision from start to finish.

  • Adhere to company procedures, including Health and Safety.
  • Report escalations to your Team Leader.
  • Be proactive in problem-solving.
  • Maintain high operational service standards and adhere to deadlines.
  • Communicate SOP changes immediately to the team.
