We are looking for a Land Freight Customs Co-ordinator to work at our site in Tilbrook, Milton Keynes.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, such as 7 am to 4 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm, either Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.

The Role

As a Land Freight Customs Co-ordinator, you will ensure high-quality customs compliance and customer service within a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

You will manage shipments accurately and efficiently through customs processes, while proactively updating and supporting customers.

Developing an understanding of customers’ needs, you will build and maintain strong relationships and address issues, delays and service updates in a timely and professional manner.

Additionally, you will:

- Work to KPIs and SLAs and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and check customs entries promptly for compliance
- Support and communicate cancellation and amendments for customs entries
- Report any escalations to your Team Leader

About You

To be considered as a Land Freight Customs Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience with customs procedures and regulations, and freight forwarding
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High levels of organisation and time management
- Relationship-building skills at all organisational levels
