We are looking for a qualified, passionate Land Development (Site/Civil) Engineering Technical Lead. This position will report out of our Largo, MD office location, where we provide a hybrid work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in the organization's growing Site/Civil group.

About you:
Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $99,000 to $148,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers outstanding, employee-focused benefits for you and your family.
