Land Consents Delivery Lead (Surveyor)

Role Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Lead Land Consents Surveyor within a growing infrastructure firm. This role will focus on managing land consents within the Bury St Edmunds area, and you'll be responsible for leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding team members
- Strong understanding of landowner relationships, acquisition processes, and legislation
- Managing land consents, compensation claims, and high-risk areas
- Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards this
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Understanding of the Electricity Act (1989)
- Good negotiating skills and a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
