Land Consents Delivery Lead (Surveyor)

Location: Bury St Edmunds
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Competitive

Role Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Lead Land Consents Surveyor within a growing infrastructure firm. This role will focus on managing land consents within the Bury St Edmunds area, and you'll be responsible for leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising and guiding team members
  2. Strong understanding of landowner relationships, acquisition processes, and legislation
  3. Managing land consents, compensation claims, and high-risk areas
  4. Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards
  5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  1. MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards this
  2. Strong team management and leadership skills
  3. Understanding of the Electricity Act (1989)
  4. Good negotiating skills and a proactive attitude
  5. Full UK driving licence
