Job description

Salary: Circa £55,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working: 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:

The MBDA Land Ceptor Systems Engineering team is expanding to support the British and Polish Armies, developing and tailoring capabilities for current and emerging export contracts.

The functional development Setting to Work team coordinates between design and manufacturing, developing procedures for equipment commissioning and process improvements through automation and simplification. Increased orders and transfer of technology to Poland necessitate team growth.

This role involves systems studies, hands-on investigation, and experimentation in laboratories, offering an opportunity for practical equipment experience and meaningful impact on customer delivery and professional growth.
