Leonardo UK is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to shape the future of defence technology in the electromagnetic battlespace. You will work on Land CEMA programs, partnering with hackajob and supporting UK and export customers across the full system lifecycle.

You will collaborate with safety, security and reliability specialists, contribute to RF and EW domains, and benefit from flexible hybrid working arrangements across Basildon, Bristol and Southampton sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer in either industry or research.
• Degree in a science-based field or equivalent experience.
• Experience across the full system lifecycle is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and deliver next-generation defence systems.
• Work with customers, partners and stakeholders across lifecycle stages.
• Perform requirements definition, solution development, integration and verification.
