Job summary

Leonardo in the UK is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape enterprise and system-level designs for its Land CEMA portfolio, collaborating with customers and partners to deliver resilient and scalable defence solutions.

The role involves technical leadership in bids, engagement with customers, and building enduring relationships across disciplines, with a strong focus on strategy andinnovation within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject and strong numerical and design skills.
• Extensive experience with Defence Communications / CEMA architectures across full lifecycle.
• Experience in engaging with customers at senior commercial/technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver CEMA capabilities across enterprise and system levels with interoperability and resilience.
• Lead technical input to bids and campaigns, producing architectures, requirements and cost estimates.
• Engage with customers, partners and stakeholders to build trusted long-term relationships.
• Support recruitment and mentoring to build engineering talent pipelines.
