About the role

Our Land Buyers are crucial to our success. We provide all necessary tools and support, including collaboration with in-house experts in architecture, planning, legal, and construction, to ensure effective offer creation. The role involves managing the full land acquisition cycle, including:

• Investigating opportunities through networks and targeted marketing.
• Conducting desktop research and site visits.
• Carrying out site appraisals and negotiations.

You will work with your Land Director and team to develop regional land acquisition strategies.

About you

We seek motivated, ambitious, proactive individuals passionate about land acquisition and development. Experience in land buying within property, whether residential or from commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors, is preferred. Confidence and a valid UK driver’s license are essential, as travel is a significant part of the role.
