About the Role

As a Land Buyer, you will be responsible for the full land acquisition cycle, including:

• Investigating opportunities via extensive network contacts
• Identifying sites through targeted marketing efforts
• Conducting desktop research and data analysis using Land Insight
• Visiting sites in person to assess suitability
• Carrying out site appraisals and preparing reports
• Managing offers and negotiations

You will work closely with your Land Director and cross-functional teams to develop regional land acquisition strategies.

About You

We seek motivated, ambitious, and proactive individuals with a passion for land acquisition. Previous experience in land buying within the property sector is preferred, but candidates from commercial, retail, hospitality sectors, or property agencies are also encouraged to apply. Confidence in driving and holding a valid UK driver’s license is essential, as travel is a significant part of the role.
