Our in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial, and Construction teams, enable you to create offers efficiently and effectively, drawing from their wealth of experience and specialist knowledge. This is a fast-moving and comprehensive role, responsible for the full land buying lifecycle:
You will work with your Land Director and team to help formulate the land acquisition strategy for the division.
We seek motivated, ambitious, and proactive individuals with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development. You should be eager to build your skills, knowledge, and experience.
Previous land buying experience within the property sector is preferred but not essential; successful candidates have come from commercial, retail, hospitality sectors, or property and land agencies.
All team members share a passion for their work, dedication, self-motivation, and a hunger for success. Support from our Executive Directors is strong in securing quality sites for our developments.
You must be confident and competent drivers, with a valid UK driver’s licence, as a significant portion of your time will be spent out of the office.
