Job summary

Kellen Homes in Manchester is seeking a Land Assistant to support our Land Team in identifying and acquiring new development opportunities. This permanent, full-time, in-office role includes occasional travel.

You will assist in identifying land opportunities, carry out land studies, maintain records, research ownership and planning history, and help prepare appraisals and reports while coordinating due diligence and site visits.

  • Qualification or degree in Real Estate, Planning, Property or related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in property, estate agency, planning or development.
  • Basic understanding of the UK planning system.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing land team as a Land Assistant. The Land Assistant will support our Land Team in research, identification and acquisition of new development opportunities.

This role is available on a permeant, full-time and in-office basis, with occasional requirements for travel.
