The Job:
An opportunity has arisen to join a respected and growing rural property firm based in Driffield, East Yorkshire, with a clear route to a Director-level position.
We are seeking a commercially minded and proactive Land Agent to manage a diverse portfolio of rural, agricultural, and development land. You'll work closely with landowners, farmers, and developers across the region, offering expert advice on valuations, sales, acquisitions, lettings, tenancy agreements, and land management.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in rural land agency who is ready to take on more responsibility, with the long-term goal of stepping into a leadership position within the business.

The Candidate:
- A qualified Rural Practice Surveyor (MRICS/FAAV preferred)
- Proven experience in land and estate management, rural consultancy or agency
- Strong local knowledge of Yorkshire's rural property market
- Ambition, leadership potential and a client focused approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
